The Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager based within our Norwich depot. You will be overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and leading a small team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in a warehouse setting to make a significant impact in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time.
Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency and minimise errors.
Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
