We are a "People" Company

Anglian prides itself on building its success on forming truly unique working relationships and engaging with our people.

The Forum

We have a well-established Employee & EHS Forum called THE FORUM, which is an all-encompassing forum to cover all EHS matters within all areas of the business plus discuss any other people related matters including training, charitable events, welfare matters, and other points of interest which our people would like to voice. The Forum is Chaired by a member of the Leadership Team and its fundamental aim is to facilitate communication top down, bottom up and to share ideas, concerns and help deliver improvements across the business. Representatives attend The Forum on behalf of their colleagues and truly have an opportunity to have a say and support engagement within the workplace.

The health of our people comes first and with the support of Occupational Health, we provide a whole host of ways to support our people’s well-being through health checks, eye and hearing testing, to well-male/female clinics and general occupational health support and advice.

We invest in technology to ensure that our people get modern, innovative IT equipment and applications, to enable them to carry out their work to the best of their ability and with efficiency. Customers can see that we are ahead of our game with the delivery of our service in a professional way.
