We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Regional Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team. As we go through an exciting period of growth, a Senior Management opportunity has now become available in our Region covering the North West of London. This role would suit someone with a proven track of building high performing, successful sales teams and managing and driving performance to achieve Company Targets. To reward this position, we offer an attractive basic salary along with on target earnings of up to £140k per annum.

You will need to be a result driven individual with extensive experience in Sales and Management. You should possess the drive and enthusiasm to support this established and very successful region to continue to achieve Company targets and build on our multi-million-pound annual turnover.


The ideal candidate will be a motivated, well organised individual who has an in depth understanding and knowledge of driving performance.  Demonstrating this by generating sales leads through the regions sales and marketing activities to exceed volume sales targets by products, along with meeting cost of sales targets through effective cost management. You will also be responsible for recruiting, effectively coaching and training, retaining, and motivating all regional employees and self-employed service providers.

To be considered for the Regional Sales Manager role you will need to undertake the following:

  • Sales Professional with the ability to negotiate, influence, recruit, retain and manage multiple sales teams.
  • An excellent communicator to advise, support and influence a result
  • Previous Sales Management experience with the ability to manage and oversee multiple successful sales teams (or relevant qualification)
  • Target motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed targets with a determination to succeed.
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast paced and results driven environment.
  • To be flexible with working hours and be willing to travel
