We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. Our Project Administrator is crucial role in supporting our commercial division which specialises in Public Sector and MOD contracts. This role is integral to the success of this team and play an integral part in assisting our customers and delivering our “customer first” value as contracts is delivered by pour operations teams.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support our team in ensuring the smooth running and scheduling of our projects operation. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards, and help ensure each customer has a positive experience.

 

The role includes:

  • Managing inbound customer contact in a timely manner

  • Provide back support and cover customer services including reporting residents issues.

  • Production of and management of Contract documentation including H&S packs

  • Raise and distribute purchase orders for regional and office e.g Skip replacements and stores orders

  • Prepare survey administration for distribution regarding installations

  • Issue correspondence to residents including appointment letters, newsletters and care leaflets

  • Champion excellent customer service and our Customer first culture.

  • Communicate effectively, ensuring residents issues are understood and where necessary any individual special requirements are dealt with sensitively.

Experience required for this role:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer services role 

  • Great customer skills

  • Word and excel to intermediate level

  • Experience of data input and customer record maintenance

  • Analytical and systematic approach, familiar with quality systems and processes

  • Self-starter with keen attention to detail and well organised.

  • Strong communications skills, positive can-do attitude and a team player

This is full time Monday to Friday office-based role - free parking
