The Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident people who enjoy speaking with customers by phone and online. Sales experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.

This is not cold calling. You’ll contact existing customers and people who have shown interest in our products, identifying opportunities and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is a part-time role, working between Monday to Friday between 9:00am/9:30am and 2:00pm/2:30pm and one weekend day, making it ideal for candidates seeking work-life balance while developing a rewarding career.

The successful candidate will be motivated, target-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have a professional and engaging telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers by phone.
  • Maximise customer data opportunities and overcome objections.
  • Generate quality sales leads from enquiries and interactions.
  • Meet targets using strong product and service knowledge.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them through our products.
  • Book appointments for sales representatives.
  • Deliver great customer service while meeting targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in telesales, customer service, retail, or estate agency is useful.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to meet targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven.
  • Basic IT skills.
