We're looking for a talented .NET Developer to join our growing technology team based in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on business-critical applications that support thousands of customers and colleagues across the UK.

As a .NET Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing software solutions that drive operational efficiency, customer experience and business growth. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining applications using C# and .NET
  • Building and enhancing APIs and system integrations
  • Working with SQL Server databases
  • Troubleshooting, debugging and optimising existing applications
  • Collaborating with business users to deliver innovative solutions
  • Participating in code reviews and championing development best practices
  • Supporting digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer
  • Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core and SQL Server
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs
  • Understanding of software architecture and development best practices
  • Experience with source control tools such as Git
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
