Job Title: Marketing Executive (Social Media & Internal Communications)

Are you a creative marketer with a passion for content creation and social media? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and manage organic social media across three exciting brands, while also delivering engaging internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to each brand’s voice and audience.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Design, write, and deliver a weekly internal sales magazine to communicate sales performance, business updates, and key company messages.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure the internal magazine is relevant, informative, and engaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to ensure the brands remain innovative and competitive.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience or qualifications in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media, including platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Exceptional content creation skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other graphic design and video editing platforms.
  • Experience with internal communications, including designing newsletters or magazines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred or relevant experience
