Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for marketing? We are seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our in- house marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing essential marketing duties while supporting various projects that drive our multi brands forward.
The ideal candidate for the Marketing Administrator role has strong organisational and communication skills, and experience in a marketing support role. They are proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-oriented, with a customer-centric mindset and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Organise marketing materials and raise purchase order requisitions to ensure seamless operations.
Project Assistance: Provide support for events and incentives, helping to coordinate logistics and ensure successful execution.
Communication Management: Maintain and respond to inquiries through our marketing mailboxes, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Photography Program Support: Identify potential photography locations, obtain customer consent, and brief photographers to enhance our visual marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to collaborate with team members and external partners.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, along with a keen attention to detail.
Strong excel skills
Proven copywriting abilities
Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
Corporate presentation skills including Microsoft PowerPoint
