Manufacturing Finance Business Partner 

Manufacturing | Financial Control | Team Leadership | Balance Sheet | Process Improvement

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Finance Business Partner to lead the finance function within our manufacturing operations. This is a , leadership role responsible for financial control, team management, and driving robust processes to support operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the monthly management accounts process
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Manage and develop the Manufacturing Finance Team
  • Maintain strong balance sheet control and financial governance
  • Partner closely with operational leadership to support performance
  • Develop and track KPIs across manufacturing operations
  • Drive improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting
  • Collaborate with data teams to enhance business insight

What We’re Looking For

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven leadership experience within manufacturing finance
  • Strong expertise in financial controls, reporting, and accounting principles
  • Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on cost control and performance
