Junior Data Analyst - Office based role - Norwich, Norfolk

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in data analytics within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

About the Role

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll work closely with experienced analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as ExcelPower BI, or Tableau
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and a foundational understanding of SQL
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business, or similar) is advantageous
