We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Norwich. Our Customer Service Advisor deliver excellent customer service, providing guidance to our customers on a wide range of incoming requests for repairs or installation by telephone, webchat or emails.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate good communication skills, an excellent phone manner and have the ability to show empathy and respect when delivering resolutions. You might be from a retail or commercial environment and have customer skills ranging from a general enquiry through to an escalated complaint.

We are offering a competitive base salary, 31 days holiday increasing to 33 days after 2 year's service.   • Provide customer service through large volumes of incoming service calls and contact emails ranging from product queries through to customer complaints
  • Working closely with UK regional depots to ensure efficient and effective dealings of service queries and closures of any complaints and queries
  • Accurately check customer data and information to assist with individual requests
  • Daily interaction with our customers, customer service team and the wider operations team
  • Understanding the customer and identifying their needs via phone calls or their email requests


  • Administration or customer service environment skills
  • Knowledge of warranties & KPI responsibilities
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion to provide outstanding service
  • An effective communicator; verbally & written
  • Organised and able to prioritise workloads
