Opportunity to join a fast paced and vibrant customer service team – reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager we are looking to appoint a Divisional Customer Service Partner the role will include:
You will need experience gained ideally within a retail or commercial environment dealing with customers ranging from a general enquiry through to an escalated complaint – be able to demonstrate customer care experiences with empathy and respect with the ability to deliver resolutions. Good IT skills are required including good communication skills and proven ability to think on your feet. Full time role with remote working availability.
