Call Centre Team Leader required to work for National window company in Norwich. The Call Centre Team Leader or Call Centre Supervisor, leading by example will be required to motivate, inspire and ensure the National Contact Centre (NCC) achieves KPI’s and sales targets, complimented by employee development and ensure that we gain leads with a first class service.
