Our team is looking for talented, motivated, and dedicated people to join the team. Contact Agents are multi skilled and are responsible the delivery of appointments into our sales team.  The agent will speak with our existing customers or new customers who have contacted us and convert those conversation into potential business leads. No cold calling.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate good communication skills, a fabulous phone manner and an ability to work to targets. They should be comfortable with multi-tasking, rapport building and be able to adapt to change. The role is hybrid with a blend of home and office working on an informal basis.

We are offering a competitive base salary, a bonus opportunity of up to an extra £6k per annum or £500 each month, 31 days holiday increasing to 33 days after 2 years’ service. Responsibilities

• Engaging with prospective customers over the phone or on-line
• Securing a sales lead through warm outbound calls and web chat
• Achieving set sales performance targets through excellent products knowledge and customer service

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Basic IT skills
• Following direction and self-motivation is a must
• Skills in a telesales, retail, or a customer service role desirable
