Telesales Advisor required for busy Contact Centre in Sidcup. Outbound calls to be made by telesales, to secure appointments for our sales teams. Contact Centre Sales Reps, Outbound Telesales Executives and Telesales Agents will make Outbound calls throughout the shift, to achieve set targets and sales leads.
What the Role is
• High Volume Outbound Sales calls
• Engaging with new and existing customers
• Overcoming Objections
• Target orientated- working towards meeting and exceeding targets
• Securing valid appointments and generating lead opportunities for our Sales team to visit
Skills & Experience Required
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Confident and Articulate on the phone – talkers needed
• Strong sales focus demonstrated in a previous role
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work within a KPIs and target driven environment
