Opportunity to join a nationwide company who are looking to recruit a temporary Administrator to join their busy and fast paced sales team based in Norwich filling a period of 6 months Maternity cover. Reporting directly to the Administration Supervisor and Regional Sales Manager across the region, you will have the opportunity to gain significant Sales Admin experience. Administrators oversee all sales admin work from initial bookings through to processed orders, ensuring a seamless operation of service.
What the Role is
Managing and Tracking the Sales Appointments throughout the region
Liaising with our Customers, answering any queries, assisting them and qualifying appointments
Updating information on our internal systems
Processes; from inputting, to producing reports to general admin – no two days are the same
Monitoring our processes are completed by all stakeholders in the Department
