Company Description: Join Anglian a leading national home improvements company dedicated to enhancing homes across the country. With a focus on quality products and exceptional customer service, we are seeking a Senior Installation Manager to lead our installation teams and ensure excellent service delivery to our valued customers.

Position Overview: As a Senior Installation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation process for our range of home improvement products and will be responsible for the achievement of all operational KPIs within the region. You will have people management responsibilities and  will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the region maintains the required level of both employed and self-employed resource in line with budget.
  • Manage the pipeline of work within the region ensuring that installation capacity is at optimum levels.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure that all deadlines, targets and budget responsibilities are achieved.
  • Ensure that all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to and that regular installation inspections are carried out by the team.
  • To provide and promote the highest level of customer communication and service throughout including the resolution of any customer complaints.
  • To oversee the management of the warehouse and transport for the Region ensuring a full and efficient service is provided.
  • Effectively manage and motive the team and direct reports to support the achievement of the regions KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and  problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Being operationally focused on the achievement of KPIs and exceptional service delivery.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
