Anglian Building Products is a division of Anglian Home Improvements - ABP manufacture and supply UPVC Windows and Doors to local authorities, large contractors and housing associations - This a hugely important and integral role managing the bid process to ensure the best opportunity to be successful in achieving bid conversions to meet the business sales plan.  The role will include:

  • Manage bid time lines, coordinating the completion of all elements of a project bid
  • Ensure the 'Quality' response aspects for a bid/PQQ and or any tender process are drafted to a high standard
  • Influence all stakeholders to identify required inputs for the managed bid project plan
  • Prepare and presentation of project bid programmes and pre qualification documentations
  • Deliver continuous improvements across the bid and tender process

You will need the following skills:

  • Incredibly organised, flexible and able to multi task
  • Ideally a strong background of bid writing experience
  • Legal tender knowledge
  • Knowledge of CRM management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence
  • Knowledge of the public sector bid process would be advantageous however not essential
  • Excel - Powerpoint - Desktop publishing such as Adobe or similar
  • Team player and with the ability to work on own initiative

Full time role 37.5 hours per week - pension and free parking
