      Who Are We

      Opportunity to join a nationwide company who are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their busy and fast paced team based in Basingstoke. Reporting directly to the Administration Supervisor and Regional Manager across the Thames Valley division, you will have the opportunity to gain significant SalesAdmin experience. Administrator Assistants oversee all sales admin work from initial bookings through to processed orders, ensuring a seamless operation of service.

      What the Role is

      • Managing and Tracking the Sales Appointments throughout the region
      • Liaising with our Customers, answering any queries, assisting them and qualifying appointments
      • Updating information on our internal systems
      • Processes; from inputting, to producing reports to general admin – no two days are the same
      • Monitoring our processes are completed by all stakeholders in the Department

      What We Need

      • Excellent Administrators – Who can problem solve, work to deadlines and have fantastic organisation skills
      • People with a passion - For the products we sell and caring for our customers
      • Talkers- If you enjoy being on the phone and forging relationships, this role is for you
      • Attention to Detail – You will be a stickler for processes and getting it right first time
      • Pride – You will take pride in your work, remaining focused, calm and motivated

      Working Hours:
