      Regional Footcan or Foot Canvasser Manager required for Anglian Windows. The Area Footcan, Regional Footcan or Divisional Footcan Manager is required generate sales leads through a direct sales environment, by recruiting, training, retaining and motivating your staff members. Foot canvassers secure appointments for our sales teams and as Regional Manager you will monitor and motivate staff throughout the shift, to ensure set targets and sales leads targets are met within company guidelines.

      What the Role is

      • Generating target sales leads through the activities in your sales and marketing regions
      • Training, Coaching and Mentoring your team, with the sales tools they need to maximise sales opportunities, fulfil their potential and deliver results
      • Monitoring footcan leads are made within company guidelines
      • Ensuring you have the right staff to hit and beat your sales and lead targets, through effective cost management

      What We Need

      • Sales Managers- Ability to manage and oversee multiple sales teams, leading by example
      • Motivators - An energised and enthusiastic manager who can motivate their teams to over achieve in a direct sales environment and who always remains motivated
      • Data Analysis – You will be able to understand, record and deliver frequent reports on your staff performances and KPIs
      • Direct Marketing Experience – You will understand what makes a successful sales team and the skills required to coach, train and mentor their potential(s)
