At Anglian we are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our Anglian Team in Norwich. This role will support the HR and Internal Recruitment Team in securing new talent Locally and nationally for a wide variety of roles.

As Recruitment Advisor you will support the recruitment team in a wide variety of tasks including, calling candidates, keeping candidates updated on their application progression, ensuring efficiency in systems maintenance by, recording data accurately and focusing on our candidate experience.

 About the role

  • Assist with Talent Acquisition
  • Support the Recruiters with the uploading and refreshing of Adverts
  • Short listing and calling applicants
  • Undertake searches to find talent using tools such as Boolean searching
  • Assisting with co-ordinating and organising the company inhouse tracking systems

What we Need

  • Skills from working in an office or agency environment, being used to dealing with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability and resilience to work deadlines in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Proficient IT Skills including Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint to Intermediate level
  • Ability to multi task, organise and be a good problem solver
  • Experience and/or qualification in a recruitment or HR environment (desirable)
