Opportunity to join a commercial building team whom manufacturer and install replacement UPVC windows and doors to the public and housing authority sector. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to manage the planning function and maintain contract delivery plans reporting directly to the Head of Operations and will involve;
Ensuring client delivery expectations are met
Manage a team of planners and contract support administrators
Create and maintenance of contract delivery plans including manufacture, outsources suppliers and sub-contract product and resource
Manage the survey team across the UK to ensure customer delivery plan maximisation
Manage and support the planners to ensure all contracts are: set up, updated and monitored within the system
Review weekly operational performance and planning reports to identify and resolve variances to the contract plan
provide early warning to revenue plan any shortfall
Manage relationship with the businesses manufacturing team
Assist with Bid team on tenders and manage the hand over for the Bid award
You will need the following experience for this role:
Previous experience of contract and strategic planning within a construction environment
Managing a surveyor team
Proven delivery of managed projects in time and within budget
Microsoft Visio or Project
Strong IT skills
Knowledge of current Construction Health & Safety legislation and H&S at Work Act
Great people management and customer service skills
Knowledge of UPVC windows and doors is desirable
