We are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Norwich. Our Customer Service Advisor deliver excellent customer service, providing guidance to our customers on a wide range of incoming requests for repairs or installation by telephone, webchat or emails.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate good communication skills, an excellent phone manner and have the ability to show empathy and respect when delivering resolutions. You might be from a retail or commercial environment and have customer skills ranging from a general enquiry through to an escalated complaint.
We are offering a competitive base salary ( pro rata), 31 days holiday increasing to 33 days after 2 year's service ( pro rata).
