At Anglian Home Improvements we are looking for Part Time Telesales Agents and Contact Centre Agents to work in our custom built Call Centre based in Norwich. Our Part Time Telesales Agent or Call Agent role is predominantly responsible for outbound calls to our prospective customers to book in sales appointments. The purpose of our Call Centre role is to engage with a prospective customer, to provide further information about our wide range of products and the financial options available, then securing an appointment for the sales team. In addition to the core role an opportunity to provide support to other department areas, such as webchat and inbound calls is available for telesales professionals looking for a more varied job role.
