At Anglian we are looking for a Part Time Administrator Co-Ordinator to join the team and perform a variety of operational administrative and customer service tasks. The role of Administrator Co-Ordinator is to support the operational administrative needs of the Depot by undertaking a full range of administrative duties and ensuring efficient administrative processes are maintained.
This role is vital to the operations within the Depot where you will reach out and be in contact with our customers to qualify customer appointments for service calls or booking new installation appointments, completing the relevant paperwork and update the system as required you will be managing all schedules from the point of booking through to completion using workflow pipeline reports.
