About Us: Join our national multi branded company where we value expertise, collaboration, and strategic thinking. We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Executive to manage our paid media campaigns and PPC across various platforms and drive exceptional performance.
The ideal candidate for the Paid Media Executive role is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing and optimising Google campaigns, particularly Performance Max (P-Max) and Pmax. They are proficient in value based bidding (VBB) strategies, including tROAS and tCPA, and skilled in utilising 1st party data with Google and Meta. With strong analytical abilities, they track and optimise campaign performance, collaborate effectively with creative teams, and stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends to drive exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement biddable media strategies, focusing on Google Ads and Google SA360 (Search Ads 360).
Optimise campaigns using Performance Max (P-Max) and Pmax, ensuring efficient use of budgets and achieving KPIs.
Utilise value based bidding (VBB) strategies, including tROAS (target return on ad spend) and tCPA (target cost per acquisition), to enhance campaign performance.
Integrate 1st party data with Google and Meta to create highly targeted and effective advertising strategies.
Conduct keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation.
Digital agency and supplier liaison from tech providers, partners, affiliates and key media owners including Google, Meta and Microsoft Ads
Collaborate with our award winning London based search agency to implement cutting edge PPC technology and with tech platforms account managers to optimise campaigns and drive performance delivery.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights tools.
Generate detailed reports to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads and Google SA360 (Search Ads 360).
Strong understanding of Performance Max (P-Max) and Pmax campaigns.
Expertise in value based bidding (VBB) strategies, including tROAS and tCPA.
Proficiency in using 1st party data with Google and Meta.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
