Newly created role to join our busy Operations team based in Norwich - the role of Operations Field - Systems Administrator will be to be responsible for the day to day maintenance of field based IT Solutions for our Service Engineers, Field Managers and Installation teams -  Typically the role will include;

  • Activating and de-activating of users
  • Preparing and shipping hardware
  • Assist with trouble shooting and training
  • Administration of installation planner and work flow pipeline reports
  • Set up new users and training
  • Provide ongoing admininistration support for the Operations team

You will need 

  • Experience of an administration role within a commercial environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong IT skills 
  • Can work to deadlines
