Are you a Marketing Manager looking for a new opportunity? Or maybe you are a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Exec looking to take that next step in your career ?

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our diverse and performance led in house Marketing Department. At Anglian we uniquely have both a business to customer and business to business customer base through our Retail & Commercial divisions, your role will encompass both sides of our business.  

You will help develop, maintain and deliver the Retail & Commercial marketing plan and as Marketing Manager you will evaluate and measure the success of chosen marketing channels and to make recommendations for any improvements. You will be used to working consistently on time and ensuring budget delivery of marketing and communication activities. As Marketing Manager you will be working with a blend of office and home working for now and for the mid to longer term.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • To create and develop the ABP marketing plan and deliver against marketing objectives
  • To ensure all aspects of the marketing activity plan are delivered on time and to agreed budgets
  • To maintain with wordpress the Commercial web site changes of ongoing development and maintenance with the support of the retail digital team
  • To develop and implement an appropriate social media strategy for both Commercial and Retail divisions
  • To create, manage and deliver the retail sales incentive program
  • To work with either external partners or internal teams in the delivery of virtual/physical or hybrid events as and when required throughout the sales year.
  • To produce accompanying marketing or promotional material as required relevant to the event

What We Need

  • A relevant degree or 1 – 2 years Marketing experience
  • Marketing within a B2B (commercial) environment
  • Strong creative production experience & good copy writing skills with the ability to get into the skin of any product
  • Experience of successfully managing external partners or suppliers to inspire innovation
  • Experience of project management & execution skills
  • Experience with budget management
  • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
  • Strong IT skills
  • Corporate presentation skills including Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Wordpress skills
