Job Description: As a Lead Analyst Developer, you will be at the forefront of our analytical initiatives. Your primary focus will be on leading the analysis and design of software solutions that drive our business forward. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and design of software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to inform decision-making.
• Develop detailed specifications and documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts.
• Ensure best practices in analysis and design are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve analytical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead Analyst Developer or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
