This is an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant Human Resources Team for the largest home improvements company in the UK. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about HR & keen to develop their HR careers.  The role will include:

  • Delivering a professional generalist HR service with responsibility for all aspects of employee relations casework in allocated business areas.
  • Actively contributing to effective business performance and the HR Strategic Plan through the creation and implementation of effective people plans.
  • Working collaboratively with recruitment and learning and development on specific projects for key areas of focus in allocated business areas

This role is based in Norwich with a degree of flexibility towards remote working.

We are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience & knowledge in a similar role, ideally within a Manufacturing, Retail or Construction industry and have a true passion for HR.  Study support for individuals studying towards their CIPD or keen to study in the future.
