We are looking for a Window and Doors operations Manager  to co-ordinate and oversee our team of Service Engineers & administrators, ensuring all service visits, for primarily windows and doors, are safely completed on time and to our defined standards for our customers. Our Operation Manager will over see the Service team to ensure any warranty work is completed on time and follows our Company policies. This role is office and not field based.

What is the Role

  • Ensure the efficient service of windows, doors, rooftrim and conservatories maintenance in line with contract specifications and to the agreed timescale to meet the defined standards.
  • To deliver an excellent customer experience.  
  • To ensure that Company policies and procedures relating to the service of products and associated health and safety requirements are always adhered to
  • Manage a team of Service Engineers and administration staff to oversee effective service to our customers

What we Need

  • Previous experience of high volume residential or related construction projects
  • A customer Focused individual, with excellent people management and communication skills
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Proficient IT Skills including Microsoft Office
  • The ability to multi task, organise and find solutions.
  • Previous experience of working within the home improvements industry, desirable
  • Full driving licence
