Rare role to join our busy fleet department - The role will report directly to our Fleet Manager dealing with the companies fleet vehicle administration and will include:

  • Costing and ordering replacement tyres
  • Maintaining authorised driver database
  • Co-ordinating MOT's and servicing for all vehicles
  • Processing accident claim forms and liaising with our insurance company
  • Dealing with parking fines
  • General admin duties for the department

You will need a full valid driving licence and ideally experience of a busy transport department or be very organised and able to prioritise your workload. Good IT skills - The role is a full time role Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm 37.5 hours - 24 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 26 within 2 years of continuous service.

You have the right to access any data that we hold about you. You may submit a request to access this data verbally, electronically or in hardcopy. All data that you have supplied, such as your CV, application forms, and any recruiter notes and comments will be made available to you free of charge. The system will log the event for audit purposes.
