      Divisional Financial Services Manager required for new and varied role as an integral member of the Financial Service team delivering support on all aspects of consumer finance including training, developing action plans and ensuring all customers have appropriate financial presentations. This role is based from Norwich or home based but will involve travel across the UK

      • Providing financial product training, support and development for multi regions across the UK

      • Visiting regions as per agreed calendar, providing training and support where appropriate

      • Ensure our Sales Managers are fully finance management trained on our financial products available to a level they can train members of their own team – including, but not limited to, daily debriefs, team skills and knowledge training sessions

      • Analysis and interpretation of available relevant company MI to build strategic plan for growth

        What We Need

      • Commercial Experience- You will have Commercial acumen, be used to managing in a matrixed organisation and working & liaising with a variety of stakeholders in the business

      • A background in training and development in FSA regulations – Consumer finance or banking would be a distinct advantage

      • Multi taskers – You will have the ability to multitask in addition to working tactically and strategically

      • Attention to Detail – You will be that person who works consistently with an excellent ability to problem solve, have attention to detail, whilst always remaining diplomatic under pressure

      • Experience and/or Qualifications – Financial Services regulatory environment, BTEC/A Levels /Degree and IT Qualifications (incl Microsoft apps)
