Anglian Windows are seeking customer service champions, with excellent administration skills in order to  join the team as a Customer Service Representative. The focus of this role is to provide outstanding customer service efficiently. Working within our customer service department you will be providing guidance to customers, by telephone, webchat or emails, checking and actioning any incoming customer requests for repairs, installation or similar in line with the current terms and conditions of warranty.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with customer service skills ideally within a retail or commercial environment, from dealing with customers ranging from a general enquiry through to an escalated complaint, being able to demonstrate customer care experiences with empathy and respect with the ability to deliver resolutions.

Your duties:

  • Provide customer service through large volumes of incoming service calls and contact emails ranging from product queries through to customer complaints
  • Manage your own caseloads and maintain accurate records
  • Working closely with UK regional depots to ensure efficient and effective dealings of service queries and closures of any complaints and queries
  • Accurately check customer data and information to assist with individual requests
  • Daily interaction with our customers, customer service team and the wider operations team
  • Understanding the customer and identifying their needs via phone calls or their email requests
  • Reaching out & assisting customers who are not computer literate
  • Meet monthly objectives and key performance indicators Prepare weekly response trackers
  • Maintaining accurate communications for customer and internal purposes

You will have/be:

  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service environment ( and/or relevant qualification)
  • Knowledge of warranties & KPI responsibilities
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion to provide outstanding service
  • An effective communicator; verbally & written
  • Computer literate
  • Able to follow process and procedures
  • Able to work independently and remain self-motivated
  • Organised and able to prioritise workloads
