Key Responsibilities: As the Customer Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire customer journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ownership and management of the operations to customer process within the region to ensure a seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free customer experience. Direct responsibility for all customer orders and customer service KPIs within the region.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the Administration team to successfully run the installation process from order through to full installation. Coach colleagues within the team to develop their knowledge and skills.
  • Process Improvements: Identifying opportunities for operational improvements, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilising data and customer feedback to make informed decisions, drive improvements, and achieve KPIs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guaranteeing adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications: We're looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service management, ideally in the home improvement sector.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
