Customer Operations Manager required for our Depot in Fareham, Portsmouth area. Customer Operations Manager required to be accountable for the management of all orders and customer service KPIs. The role is customer focused to ensure an excellent experience for all Anglian customers through efficient logistics management of orders, to meet the customer expectations. This is a role which makes a real difference in depot, championing the customer and protecting our brand to ensure everyone receives our high standards.
