At Anglian Home Improvements we are looking for Contact Centre Support Agents to work in our Sales Support Team based in Norwich. The role is responsible for calling all prospective customers to follow up on our sales appointments and required both customer service and sales skills.If you work in hospitality, retail or customer services and are seeking a new job role or next step in your career path, this job role may be for you !
The purpose of the team's role is to fact find why a sales appointment has perhaps been postponed or a sales has not been made after a sales rep visit. These warm calls to our potential customers helps us understand improvements needed in the sales process and to explore if further information is required to help navigate to more information to help a sale be completed for the customer.
To reward this important role you will be offered a competitive starting salary of £17,374 PA, with the earning potential of £27,000 PA including our generous bonus of up to a massive £10k PA. You will have 31 days holiday to start , increasing with service and your birthday off each year, we have a variety of other staff perks and well- being initiatives available, such as perk box and our generous staff discount scheme.
