Call Centre Agents required for busy Contact Centre in North Norwich. Outbound calls to be made by telesales, to secure appointments for our sales teams. Contact Centre Representatives, Call Centre Agents and Telesales Agents will make Outbound calls throughout the shift, to achieve set targets and sales leads.

37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rotation
Week 1 & 2 - Monday to Thursday 11am - 7pm or 12 noon to 8pm - Friday 10am - 6pm
Week 3 - Monday to Thursday 11am - 7pm or 12 noon to 8pm- Friday 10am - 1.30pm Sat 10am - 2pm
