Call Centre Team Leader required at Anglian Home Improvements' National Call Centre in Norwich. The Call Centre Team Leader, Contact Centre Team Leader or Call Centre Supervisor, leading by example will be required to motivate, inspire and ensure the National Contact Centre achieves set KPI’s and sales targets. The Call Centre Team Leader will oversee telesales, delivering targets, complimented by employee development and coaching to ensure that we gain leads with a first class service.
