We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our transport department and oversee the lifecycle of our lease vehicles.

Job Description:

Position Overview: The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for managing the servicing, maintenance, repairs, leases, warranties, and allocations of our fleet vehicles. This role requires a thorough understanding of automotive service processes and the ability to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of lease cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee regular servicing and maintenance schedules for all fleet vehicles to ensure they are in top condition.
  • Repairs: Manage and facilitate timely repairs, working closely with service technicians and external repair shops.
  • Leases: Administer lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and manage lease renewals and terminations.
  • Warranties: Handle warranty claims and ensure all vehicles are covered under appropriate warranty policies.
  • Allocations: Allocate vehicles to drivers based on operational needs and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all servicing, repairs, leases, warranties, and allocations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, leases, warranties, and allocations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using automotive service software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license.
