This is an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant Human Resources Team for the largest home improvements company in the UK. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about HR & keen to drive their HR careers. The role will include:
Assisting with all aspects of the employment life cycle including supporting recruitment & on-boarding activity, sickness absence & performance management, disciplinaries & grievances support, training & development initiatives, ensuring systems & employment records are kept up to date & accurate & reviewing statistical data.
Provide support with the completion of a whole range of transactional HR Administrative duties to include new starters, changes of terms & conditions & leavers.
Offering support & advice to Line Managers on all people related matters.
Deal with HR queries appropriately in line with Company policy & procedures.
This role is based in Norwich, however a degree of flexibility towards work is available.
We are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience & knowledge in a similar role, ideally within a Manufacturing, Retail or Construction industry and have a true passion for HR. Candidates will also either be studying towards their CIPD or keen to study in the future.
